how to protect system from hangup

sometime our system hanged up after start.its due to a Microsoft service. Name  "Background intelligent transfer"
this service always running background its make our system speed high to low in the result system goes hanged.
i will show you how to turn off this service just follow the step below...

Step 1: go to run and type “msconfig” popup window will open

Step 2: Now click on service tab and find the “background intelligent transfer” unchecked this and click OK and restart your system see fig..
